By accessing or using the QM Beauty Salon website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your booking deposit.
3. Products & Refunds
All sales of custom wigs, AutoGeles, and cosmetics are final due to hygiene reasons. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of QM Beauty Salon. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
